Terms & Conditions for r3r3 — Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r3r3 ("r3r3", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the r3r3 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services accessible at r3r3.app and its sub-domains.

By accessing the r3r3 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the r3r3 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to r3r3 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. r3r3 will verify your age as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process prior to processing any withdrawal. If it is determined that a Player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned at r3r3's sole discretion following investigation.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions. r3r3 is an international online gaming platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering and playing. r3r3 does not represent or warrant that the services are legal in your country or territory of residence. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely liable for any legal consequences arising therefrom.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active r3r3 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without prior notice, all balances consolidated into the primary verified account, and any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts forfeited.

2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. r3r3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r3r3 username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. r3r3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified r3r3 of unauthorised access.

3.2 Notification of Compromise. If you suspect that your r3r3 account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify r3r3 via the live chat support channel immediately. r3r3 will temporarily suspend the account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.

3.3 No Transfer of Accounts. Your r3r3 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension of that account and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). r3r3 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. r3r3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC. All wallet balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by r3r3; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the Cashier section of your r3r3 account and may be updated from time to time. As a general benchmark, the minimum deposit via mobile money methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) is PKR 500. r3r3 reserves the right to revise minimum transaction amounts with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to a compliance review. r3r3 targets the following processing benchmarks from the point of approval: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — one to two hours; HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and SadaPay — two to four hours; USDT TRC20 — subject to blockchain confirmation times. These are targets, not guarantees. r3r3 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. As a general anti-fraud rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. r3r3 may require additional verification if you request a withdrawal to a different method or account.

4.5 KYC Prior to Withdrawal. No withdrawal will be processed until the Player has completed full KYC verification to r3r3's satisfaction. This requirement cannot be waived. r3r3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of any outstanding KYC step.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by r3r3 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. Those specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates — form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before a withdrawal can be made. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, wagering requirements apply to the combined total of deposit plus bonus amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. r3r3 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk while satisfying requirements; using betting patterns that r3r3 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and exploiting technical errors in the platform. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5.4 Expiry. Bonuses not claimed within the window specified at the point of offer expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable. Wagering requirements not completed within the stated bonus validity period will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.

5.5 r3r3 Discretion. r3r3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any promotional offer extended to a Player may be withdrawn if r3r3 determines that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria for that offer.

6.1 Random Number Generators. All r3r3 casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested to ensure fairness. The house edge for each game is disclosed in the game information panel accessible within the game interface.

6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game freeze, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, r3r3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. r3r3 is not liable for any winnings that a Player may have expected to receive had the malfunction not occurred.

6.3 Live Casino Rules. Live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed within the relevant game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen rules and these Terms, the on-screen game rules shall govern for that specific game. Decisions made by live dealers are final once the relevant hand, spin, or round has concluded.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. r3r3 may apply maximum single-session or single-bet winnings caps on certain games or promotions. Any applicable cap will be disclosed in the game or promotion terms. r3r3 reserves the right to limit withdrawals to the published maximum winnings amount even if a greater sum is displayed as a balance.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on r3r3 sportsbook markets — including cricket, PSL, international fixtures, and UFC — are accepted subject to availability of the market and r3r3's prevailing odds at the time the bet is confirmed. A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued and appears in your r3r3 account betting history.

7.2 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In-play markets may be suspended without notice. If a Player submits a bet request and the odds have changed between submission and confirmation, the Player will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the request, except where r3r3's automated systems have processed the bet at the displayed odds.

7.3 Settlement. Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board, International Cricket Council, UFC). r3r3 will use reasonable endeavours to settle markets promptly following the conclusion of an event, but settlement timing is not guaranteed.

7.4 Abandoned & Postponed Events. If a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with r3r3's sport-specific abandonment rules published in the sportsbook help section. Generally, if a match does not complete the minimum number of overs required for an official result under the relevant playing conditions, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.5 Obvious Errors. r3r3 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical error, a manual pricing error, or a feed error — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. r3r3 will notify affected Players and return their stakes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r3r3 platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with r3r3 games or the sportsbook in any manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets, including match-fixing activity of any kind.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise exploit vulnerabilities in r3r3's software, infrastructure, or payment systems.
• Engaging in any transaction that r3r3 reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information to r3r3, including during registration, KYC, or any dispute or investigation process.
• Accessing r3r3 on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account for any purpose.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward r3r3 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.

9.1 Commitment. r3r3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that online casino and sports betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal hardship. We take our obligations to vulnerable players seriously and have built a suite of responsible gaming tools directly into every r3r3 account.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all r3r3 Players from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a period of 1 to 30 days. The account cannot be reactivated before the cooling-off period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the r3r3 platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months and requires a formal review process for reinstatement.

9.3 r3r3 Intervention. r3r3 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account — including deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or permanent exclusion — without prior consent where our teams have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing problem gambling behaviours. This is not a punitive measure; it is a safeguarding obligation we take seriously.

9.4 Age Verification. r3r3 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Where r3r3 has grounds to suspect that a Player may be under the age of 21, the account will be suspended pending verification and, if the suspicion is confirmed, permanently closed with all funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the r3r3 platform — including but not limited to the r3r3 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials — is the property of r3r3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited Licence. r3r3 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r3r3 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any r3r3 content.

10.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games available on r3r3 may be provided by third-party game studios under licence. The intellectual property in those games remains the property of the respective studios. r3r3's licence to you to access those games is subject to the continued validity of r3r3's licence agreement with the relevant studio.

11.1 Data Processing. r3r3 collects and processes personal data about Players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, gameplay, financial transactions, and customer support. The full details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data are set out in the r3r3 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11.2 AML Data Obligations. r3r3 may be required to retain certain transaction and identity data to comply with applicable anti-money laundering legislation. This data will be held for no longer than is necessary to fulfil those obligations.

11.3 Cookies. r3r3 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide platform functionality, analyse usage patterns, and deliver relevant promotional content. By using the r3r3 platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy, which is incorporated into the Privacy Policy.

12.1 Platform Availability. r3r3 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, and third-party service disruptions may cause periods of unavailability. r3r3 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r3r3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the r3r3 platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

12.3 Cap on Liability. r3r3's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Force Majeure. r3r3 is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or acts of third parties.

13.1 Right to Amend. r3r3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date published on the r3r3 platform. For material changes, r3r3 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on the platform.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the r3r3 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.

13.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms is dated 1 January 2026. Previous versions are available upon written request to r3r3 support.

14.1 Informal Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your r3r3 account or a game or bet outcome, you should first contact r3r3 customer support via the live chat channel accessible through your account dashboard. r3r3 will endeavour to resolve complaints informally within five (5) business days of receipt.

14.2 Formal Disputes. If your complaint is not resolved through the informal process, you may escalate it by submitting a formal written dispute to r3r3 at the contact email address provided in Section 15. Formal disputes must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window may be declined on grounds of lateness.

14.3 r3r3 Decision. r3r3's formal dispute resolution team will review all submitted evidence and issue a written decision within fifteen (15) business days. r3r3's decision on all factual matters — including game outcome disputes, bonus eligibility determinations, and account status decisions — shall be final and binding, subject only to any applicable regulatory review process.

14.4 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r3r3 is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of that jurisdiction.
